How Do I Respond to a Post in Submissions?

The writing opportunities listed in Submissions are for one-off articles. Each listing is linked to a publication's website, and each will have their own preferences regarding the content they accept and how they want to receive it. To apply, you will send a pitch to the publication you're interested in. This should be a short pitch including your article title, a brief overview of the article, why you believe it would fit their publication, and some of your key qualifications.
Usually, the pitch will be sent via email. On most submissions listings you will see an email listed, and that's where you'll submit your pitch. When no email address is listed, you will send a pitch through the publication's website. Click on the listing to be directed to the publication's website.
