Something's Wrong with My Account

As of mid-September 2023, Writers Work has gotten a wide-scale update. While we anticipate user experience will vastly improve in the long run, you may notice a few technical hiccups here and there while we continue to fine-tune behind the scenes. For the most part, these will be minor issues we’ll resolve over the weeks and months following the update.

If, however, you log into your account for the first time since the update and notice a malfunction or that something important isn’t where it should be, you can email our support team at [email protected]. You can also click the chat bubble at the bottom right to speak with us directly.

If you're having technical issues unrelated to the update, we recommend you disable any browser extensions and make sure you're using Chrome or Firefox from a desktop computer. Writers Work does not work well with any mobile browser, and we do not yet have a mobile app.
