What is Your Refund Policy?

If you aren't happy with Writers Work for any reason, you can request a refund on your monthly or lifetime membership within 30 days of creating your account. While monthly members can cancel their subscription in their User Settings, lifetime members and anyone seeking a refund must contact our support staff. Please be advised that all refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the bank or credit card company in question.

Both the lifetime and monthly* membership fees are refundable within the first 30 days after you sign up. However, the optional add-ons listed below are non-refundable:

**Prior to December 2023, Writers Work had two membership options: a monthly subscription and a lifetime membership. Now, however, the lifetime membership is the only available option. Existing monthly subscribers will see no change in their account status or billing.**
