How Does Billing Work?

Prior to December 2023, Writers Work had two membership options: a monthly subscription and a lifetime membership. Now, however, the lifetime membership is the only available option. Existing monthly subscribers will see no change in their account status or billing.
With a lifetime membership, you will pay a one-time $49 USD fee when you sign up, and the credit card you use will be charged immediately.
If you chose the $15 USD monthly payment option (prior to Dec 2023), your billing cycle will be the same day every month from when you sign up. If you would like to check when your next billing cycle will be, that information can be found in the settings section of your profile. You can cancel from your user settings at any time.
Both the lifetime and monthly membership fees are refundable within the first 30 days after you sign up. However, the optional add-ons listed below are non-refundable:
